Is Yamcha wearing weighted clothing?

I would say yes, Yamcha is. He was wearing a dark blue undershirt beneath his Turtle Hermit gi, so it is most likely a weighted shirt. Goku wore weighted clothes until he got them replaced by normal ones by King Kai, then replaced it altogether with gravity training. Humans don't get crazy Zenkai boosts like Saiyans do, so it makes more sense for Humans to keep them around longer to increase their strength faster while training.
