So he's fighting Piccolo 1 year after his U18 counterpart did. I wonder how much stronger that extra year of training has made him.

Wich means this Tien is two years younger than his U18 counterpart when he faced Piccolo. In the best of cases U9 Tien is as strong as the U18 Tien we first met. And as cocky...

So he is pretty screwed... or not
