I guess it is just a slight anatomical error by the artist. “shrugs”

It could be alot worse you know? I honestly didn’t even see the error when I posted this. Better to enjoy the picture rather than point out the faults. I mean it is rare that an artist is completely accurate on everything. ^^ I mean overall it is a good picture.
