Good coloring vs. Good drawing



Browsing through dA sometimes, I notice that there are a lot of works where the coloring is really nice, but the actual drawing is just okay.  :/

Not sure if you guys know what I mean. lol!!

I think people might confuse a good drawing with a drawing with good coloring that makes it look good.

But, idk what I'm even trying to say.  It is kind of bothering me a little bit lately. :/
Like, I click on a picture and the coloring is fantastic, but the lines and the drawing is just okay. -_-; then Idk if it's really a good picture, or just the good coloring makes it good. lol!!  I'm not saying that coloring or drawing is better than the other, i ...
