I get a lot of asks about how I eat, specifically, the “80/20 rule,” so I figured I would make a post! :)
(In case my diet looks really weird, those were all mainly ingredients, haha. Peanut Butter French Toast for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, bell pepper and cheese omelette for dinner!)
I made sure to keep track of what I ate today even though I typically only use MFP for looking up nutrients, counting calories just makes me think too much about food, and frankly, I have better things to think about! Like creative writing and fun bike rides and cute guys. Much more fun to think about than how many calories are in a carrot.
You don’t have to be perfect. Just live life, keep active, and enjoy your pie. Pie is good, take it from Dean.
