@laurengleisberg: As someone who once restricted meals/calories in hopes of getting lean, I cannot believe I am able to eat almost 2000 calories/day and still maintain a lean body with abdominal definition. One word - metabolism! Everything I do in terms of diet is centered around promoting a healthy metabolism. Anddd some killer workouts. WOD: cardio & ab track workout (can be substituted with treadmill & stepper). This is a workout unlike any others I’ve posted, but it was fun, kept me interested/focused the whole time, and left me dripping sweat!
