Et un truc important pour les clients, si il y a une serviette entre 2 assiettes c'est pas pour vous essuyer la bouche ou vous en servir comme mouchoir, c'est pour éviter que le serveur galère et que ce soit plus stable surtout avec les cocottes de moules. Il y a toujours une serviette et si il vous en faut une autre ou un rince doigt, demandez le!!!! On mord pas et on a pas encore manger un client.
