i’ve always wanted to do a before and after with the same clothes! the first picture was in december 2011 and i weighed around 107-110 lbs. i took the bottom picture this morning and although i look like i weigh less, i actually weigh around 115-118 lbs now. muscle weighs more than fat, so clearly the number on the scale doesn’t mean anything!
