presentation of Jisuk

Jisuk Cho was born in Seoul, South Korea and is currently living in Tokyo, Japan. Somewhere in the middle of all that, Jisuk went to the School of Visual Arts in NYC and managed to pry a BFA in Animation out of the chairman's trembling, reluctant hands.

Decided to make a friend for Shichi. Her name is Chiyo (thanks lampton) and you can probably guess what kind of yokai she is. Having lived alone for a long while, she is a bit wary of strangers. Like all kitsune, she loves fried tofu and azuki desserts.

lampton:

Yanugi lives in a tiny northern village that no one wants to live in. As an only son, he has set a goal for himself to find a bride to make more children for his tribe. ….except no one wants to marry him because of his strange, cold behavior.

He had many chance with girls in his village that he has passionately perused, until he had to say, “I said I wanted you as my wife; I never claimed my love for you.” He has no idea why he gets into trouble afterwards.

Yes, more Yanugi please…

Please

I’ve noticed some people reblogging my older tengu image, which of course I appreciate. But what bothers me is the ‘furry’ tag. I have nothing against furries, but that is not the intention of this character. He is a yokai, from Shinto and Buddhist mythology. I feel that tagging a culturally and religiously significant race as a furry is not really appropriate. Again, I’m happy that you guys like the character, but I would really appreciate keeping him out of this mindset. Thank you.
