Well... i guess that´s Toriyama´s fault
. Yeah, he was 17-18 by this tournament and Toriyama still draw him like a little child. Or maybe the fandom makes no sense and Krillin wasn´t born in 736, but later

Nah, it was like a Mr. Satan of the old days (we could even presume he was as strong as Mr. Satan)... but we love Mr. Satan and Pamputt was just an ass

Well, seeing how they both fought against Goku, King Chapa is certenly stronger than Pamputt.
Chewys 02/15/2018 02:17:40I´m not so sure about Mr. Satan.... pherhaps King Chapa is a bit stronger, but i don´t think by that much.
There is a theory that I think is true, and is about Mr Satan is leading a weaker fighter generation which they don't know anything about Ki and stuff like that, King Chappa, Nam and General Blue seems like they know a bit about Ki, which make me think that Mr Satan wont be even a strong reference in the original Dragon Ball. So I think Mr Satan = Pamputt.

Yeah! I don´t know if Chapa knows much about ki... but i belive he is still stronger than Mr. Satan. But i wouldn´t take Mr Satan so lightly... Goku knocked Pamputt in one blow (three in one
)... while Mr. Satan survived, and didn´t go K.O a direct hit by Cell and THEN a direct hit by Kid Boo... he is truly strong.

But i do agree he is outclassed by Chapa, Nam (maybe at Chapa´s level) and Blue...
