After much looking into what is going on here, this girl charging $7 for her ‘10DC’ and it being dangerous I thought I’d try to get a little bit of info from the girl herself.

I then asked:

"I have no idea why you are getting so defensive, I was just after some insight. I have seen your 10DC and for the first day the intake is almost normal, but with exercise the intake is too low. I’m just wondering why you don’t explain the fact that the main part of such a fast loss is water weight loss? Not to mention the fact that the intake is too low and could even cause muscle loss? What you are advising is dangerous and it baffles me that you can’t see that. "

I haven’t heard anything back yet.

reblog the shit out of this. this f0rever—in—paradise girl refuses to acknowledge that her “plans" are potentially harmful. and she’s even charging for them! judging by her page, it seems like a LOT of people are using her for “diet" advice. i shudder to think of all the young girls who don’t know any better falling victim to this. working out for hours on 1200 calories a day… we should all at least take the time to shed some negative light on this girl. she needs a reality check.

What this wonderful lady just said.

This girl thinks she’s untouchable. Just everyone be aware her plans are actually harmful. Spread this sh*t like wildfire!

as I said before, avoid her.

I’ve never understood why people actually even consider buying a meal plan from some girl on the internet who happened to lose weight, when there are THOUSANDS of other bloggers happy to help and give advice for free. And even then, whatever you read/learn/etc on the internet is to be taken with a grain of salt, because after all, it is the internet.

You don’t need to spend money on anything to lose weight, just educate yourself. Once you take the time to do so, everything will seem much simpler and there will be no desire to buy any type of sketchy meal plans from random people.

Watch out kids, there’s a lot of bad people out there who don’t give a shit about you, they just want your money.

I used to follow this girl because I thought she was someone who was going to help give me motivation to lose weight. I initially unfollowed her because she was an irritatingly sassy bitch but I also realized all of the negative things did like saying being 172 and 5’10 was fat and how she still wanted to lose weight even though she was 5’10 and I think 132lbs which is bordering underweight and telling people their eating habits were wrong and to cut out everything that wasn’t organic and healthy completely and making sure to count all your calories and stupid stuff like that. So she’s not really a good person to follow if you want a positive person to follow.

Signal boost every time.

RE-BLOGGING THIS FABULOUS FITSPO FIGHT…
I am 99% sure her ‘clients’ are girls under the age 21, who are not that educated, and desperate to lose weight. Who else would buy a weight-loss program from a Fitblr? This person does NOT have a Degree, nor is she a Certified Personal Trainer. FYI: I am not a hater, I am not fat, & I am not jealous, in fact I followed her for a while, and then I unfollowed.

No one in their right mind would buy a weight-loss program from a random person on Tumblr. Far too many girls out here on Tumblr ask others how they lost their weight, built a better booty, etc. We ALL know that it takes a calorie deficit & an increase in exercise, to lose fat, that may sound basic, but that’s the truth. The main problem that this program presents, is the fact that it suggests decreasing calories to a mere 1200 per day. That is probably the BMR for a 12 year old child, no joke. I would never limit my caloric intake to 1200 calories!

I am in college, with a double major in Business & Biochemistry, I have lost 25 pounds; yet I don’t even sell a diet plan, but I guess that I could, if I wanted to be like this random person. My hope for every one on Tumblr who is trying to lose weight: 1) Look up your BMR on a few websites, take an average of you get varying numbers. 2) Work-out 3-5x a week, you can always add another day or two later on when you hit plateaus. 3) Drink mostly water, tea, juice, eat more veggies, fruits, lean meats & eat less or no processed food, junk food, fast foods, & sodas.

If you follow her program, you’re literally putting your health and your life into the hands of a stranger and not only that…Alexia is NOT A Doctor, Nurse, Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian, Nor A Certified Personal Trainer!!!

Invest your health and money on somebody who is well educated and trained in what you need. Somebody who gets to know you, your body, your specific needs, somebody who is certified as said above. I don’t mean to cause a fuss or fight fire with fire, but please don’t buy a plan from her. Invest yourself into somebody who is qualified.

I have the 10DC in my inbox, and I must say, as a mom, I would be freaked out if my son/daughter was following it. Some heads would be rolling for sure. Dear lovely followers: please, for the love of God, don’t ever buy anything from this woman. She has no clue what she is talking about. If you follow her I ask you to please reconsider. I’ve seen her giving advice and as a 33 year old college educated woman that I am, I can tell straight away that she is only in it for the money. She doesn’t care about you, your health, or anyone else’s. Please reblog this, it could save someone’s life.
