Thank you....for everything. their death scene might’ve been less unexpected, dramatic or cruel than the rest of the Embryon, but Serph kneeling before Sera - never letting go of her hand, never taking his eyes off her while she dies painfully upon sending her data to god - and dying silently in the fire right after she did is just as impacting to me, if not more.
