Not to be offensive, but which midget is he referring to? Killing or Roshi? I mean a lot of people are midgets compared to Raditz, Vegeta and Freeza's Original Form are some examples.

Isn't this the technique Krilin used to destroy the Saibaimen who are roughly equal to Raditz?

And isn't this Krilin stronger than U8 Krilin? So this attack should kill Raditz, correct?

Good thinking, but I don't think it will work, since Raditz is wearing armor and Krillin had to charge a bit that attack.

This is actually called the Double Tsuibikidan, and is commonly referred as the "Blasting Bullet" or "Chasing Energy Bullet" in the DBZ video games. Krillin first used it against Piccolo Jr in the 23rd Budokai.

It basically works like the Bending Kamehameha, but this technique is orange instead of blue, charges faster, and one beam can be shot with each hand. Krillin learned that move after training with Korin.

The technique Krillin used against the Saibamen is the Scatter Bullet, which is a more advanced version of this. The Scatter Bullet is larger and slower, but splits into multiple, faster energy beams to catch the opponent off guard and do tons of damage. Krillin seemed to have learned the technique after training with Kami, so he should still know it now despite being less powerful here.

There is a slight chance that Krillin knows the Kienzan/Destructo Disc as well!
