Kakarotto is 15: wich means he is the age of Goku at the second Tenkaichi Budokai (a few months younger actually since this invasion happens almost a year before the second Budokai): so Kakarotto looks EXACTLY like Goku when he defeated King Chapa

I think it's left ambiguous in the comic.Remember when Raditz transformed to Oozaru through the little chips in his eye,his father commented that if he had that idea in their universe Raichi would have been defeated.Which may implies Raditz died from the good doctor
