I hope so!! The truth is i never saw team turtle as a justice league that would raid the Red Ribbon base... and i wasn´t very fond of them taking in Goku´s place either...
So at first i decided that the Dragonballs could stay hidden in the Capsule Corp until Piccolo´s release after the 22th Budokai... but then there would be A LOT of time without anything interesting happening except tournaments... and i didn´t see Red as a patient guy...

So i decided that Uranai Baba would help the Red Ribbon to find the missing balls and that Pilaf (not seeing the balls and knowing he could never defeat the Red Ribbon) would release Piccolo three years before the original story. So here it is : Piccolo´s arc entwines with Red Ribbon´s
