Secuela de la anterior. En este película, Mothra se siente molesta de que los antiguos huesos de Godzilla fueron tomados del mar (por alguna razón que no es explicada) y decide atacar al nuevo Godzilla (por qué a él, eso tampoco se explica).
Mechagodzilla vuelve y pelea con Godzilla de nuevo (pensé que se habían dejado en empate ya) y cuando Mothra es derrotada sus dos bebés larvas pelean por ella, como en la primera película.
Tan sólo habría pedido más escenas involucrando humanos.
No es mala, pero es la peor de la era Millenium.
Tan sólo con ver el título la película parece un episodio barato de Power Rangers.
