Wow, and I though my english was bad. As Jin said, there is no vents in her room, and she's tied... so, why would he be worried?

What Gobes said. You'll see in the next couple pages that the door was closed, she's handcuffed, and there is no way of exiting. And they were going to monitor her but through the TV screen. You can see the TV screen in panels 6 and 7.
