I love the lore that King Piccolo summons demons from
demon world to posses bodies from his eggs. Yet they
still maintain glimpse of their demonology after birth.
Even still we must remember Haarp is a jokester and probably
just messing with them. I don’t think he has any real intention
on casuing mischief on Planet Namek regardless of his origins
he is still a hybrid Namek. But for sake of argument he does I
do not think his mental training with Krillin is enough to beat
Nail who should still be there on Namek even in Universe 9.
I don’t think Vegeta or Cooler’s men are on Namek yet, so the only person currently who could defeat Haarp is Nail. It would be an absolute breeze for Nail too.
