For the mech I got no idea, but the son of Nappa is taken from another Toriyama's manga called Cashman or something similar. He was one of the two strongest primary school student in the world.

My guess: The Bulma-son on the left is Spopowitch or another character from the last fighting tournament in DBZ with Gohan's hair and school clothes!
