I am working on a few small hull modeling tasks and trying to improve my workflow when preparing models for different design stages. Delftship is very helpful for basic shaping, but sometimes I face difficulty when managing small adjustments, https://forum.potok.digital/topic/5396/ … b-speakers
exporting clean surfaces, or preparing models for further engineering work. I want to ask how other users are organizing their steps when doing small or medium hull projects. Do you follow any specific routine for fairing, checking accuracy, or preparing the files for the next team? Any suggestions or examples from your own workflow would be very helpful for me. My main work background is actually in industrial takeoff, so I am used to doing very organized and systematic processes. I am trying to bring the same type of structure into my modeling work here, but I am still learning the marine design workflow. If you have any good practices or tools you recommend for smoother modeling, I would be thankful to hear your ideas.
