Everyone has aged slightly since Chapter 1, but currently Sagiri is 141 years old. In human years, she would be in her 50’s (like the monk Shichi met in the newest chapter). As for her voice, the closest I could find was something like Princess Kushana from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. It’s mature and stern enough to suit Sagiri. You can listen here, at 1:12:50.
