False. You can tell how healthy he or she is because carrying extra weight is unhealthy, therefore he or she is unhealthy.

Invalid point, you can not determine how healthily or unhealthily someone eats just by looking at them. The only way to determine how healthy they eat is by watching what they eat every day.

Seriously. I eat way more “healthy” than a lot of my friends, yet they are all smaller and thinner than I am. I am not automatically unhealthy because of my weight.
