Is FIshbones available anywhere in print? I know you had it as a download for a while, but I seem to be having difficulty finding it.

No, Fishbones has never been printed. I heard that self publishing hurts your chances of ‘publisher’ publishing and since I’ve given up my efforts on finding an agent because I’m horrible at writing summaries (does anyone want to write a query letter for me?), that means it will probably never be in print. That said, you can still find the file here!
