I’ve submitted before but it’s been a few months and I’ve gotten so much further along in my journey, so I thought I would share again. Dedication, healthy habits, moderation and loving yourself is what I did to get myself here. Started my lifestyle change at the end of May and current picture was taken today October 18. Don’t give up. :)
