Draw This Again Meme

I've been meaning to do this meme for a while now, and since I can't draw anything lately, I decided to finally do it!

My drawing I used to redraw is this one

I drew it back in 2006.
At this time, I did not have a tablet (or knew what they were) so it was hand drawn and inked, scanned, and then colored with a mouse on Photoshop. (too bad I don't have the original PSD file anymore But at least I have the original paper lineart lol)
But this drawing was kind of a turning point. You know how you draw that one picture that shows you have some sort of potential to be really good? XD This was the one for me.

Now you can see if I have improved after redrawing it. Honestly, it only took an hour to redraw it. If I spent more time and effort, it may be even better lol

One thing I like more about my old drawing is how I captured the mood in the sketchy lineart. However, the new one is a lot cleaner.
