I’ve been researching about NGO and trust compliance in India and found that 12A and 80G Registration are very important for charitable organizations. From what I understand, 12A registration helps NGOs and trusts get income tax exemptions, while 80G registration allows donors to claim tax deductions on donations made to the organization.
