Zeus severely punishes Prometheus by chaining him to a rock
and forcing an eagle to devour his liver every day.
Pandora unleashes evil upon the Earth.
-15XX -13XX After centuries of misery due to the evils of Pandora's Box,
a city emerges in the land of Attica. Heritchionus becomes its first king
and chooses Athena as his patron goddess.
Poseidon, angered, condemns the king to spend his final years
imprisoned in the dungeon of Cape Sounion.
-13xx The Mycenaeans renounce their cult of Athena. The city
