The saiyans were defeated by Piccolo Daimao fused with Kami, and he now reigns supreme in that Earth. And saiyans still have their galactic empire, and are the most fearsome force in Universe 3 (and they will evenually fall to Raichi). But... this is Universe 9: where saiyans were destroyed by Freezer and Kakarott was killed by Coola, fleeing Planet Vegeta. So here there is no saiyan empire (only Nappa, Vegeta and Raditz), thus, the saiyan invassion on Earth never happened: both U3 and U9 Earth´s have diverged by now. He may be weaker than him, but his techniques are something else. He hasn't used the tayoken yet, that plus the kikoho, and Haarp is done for. Furthermore, now that Haarp is alone, Chiaotsu could interfere in the battle without fearing anything.
