I was right about it being Dr. Gero and the cyborgs! Although, I wonder why Gero decided to take revenge on Haarp and Kami (mistaken as King Piccolo) now. Surely he doesn’t realize the existence of Kami and Piccolo being life-linked, or that the former is Earth’s guardian? Though I shouldn’t be surprised that Kami knew about Dr. Gero. He can see pretty much everything that occurs on Earth due to his guardian abilities. Also I love Vegeta’s expression. He is so completely lost on what is happening right now. It’s similar to how the Earthlings were confused by the struggle between the Saiyans and Kiwi’s arrival.
