Kakarrott was never sent to Earth and is living in that empire (Dragon Ball Multiverse special "The saiyans Rebellion) In U9 Cooler killed Kakarrott as a baby as you saw here and that event resulted in the foundation of the Cooler empire. But, for the time being, the result on Earth was the same: Goku never existed. That is why Earth´s events happen the same in both Universes so far.
