Well Chewys could edit the above panel so a beautiful sunset is shown in the background,
but that's a lot of work instead of just assuming it was already evening in the pannels above.

I mean they've been fighting Raditz, flew to the lookout, stood in line on the way to Enma's office, got an audience with Enma along with Kami. Got admitted, started running on snake way, kami returned to the world of the living, had another conversation, flew down to korins tower,...

I'd say a lot of time has passed.

I dont think they will gain much if any power. Only reason goku gained power was due to zenkai from surviving horrendous poison. I have doubt that divine water is real and think it might be just a regular poison. Goku got powerup just because hes a saiyan.
