In all zombi stories, soldiers are incompetents and we don't see the reaction of Governments, I want a story with these questions.

"Aux Armes!" is a phrase from the french national anthem La Marseillaise.
The entire phrase is "aux armes citoyens." You can translate this by:"take your weapons citizens"
It's a patriotic song, sang during the French Revolution. People sang it because they didn't want the Old Gouvernment (The King) and all the injustices any more.
I choose it because, in a sens Enrique and Marco are true patriots. They disobey the Government to save people's life.
